RideOn Minicabs specialises in pre-booked airport and seaport transfers, as well as long-distance journeys across mainland United Kingdom.
We consider all passengers, including children and infants, as part of the total number of people travelling.
Child seats are not required in minicabs, but if you need one, please mention it in the booking form. We will try our best to provide it, but we cannot guarantee availability. Most airlines allow you to bring and use your own child car seat on the plane, but certain rules apply. An infant is a child under 2 years old, and children aged 2 or older cannot use an infant car seat onboard. If you bring your own seat, it must be suitable for use with a standard aircraft lap belt, have a 5-point harness, fit within the aircraft seat size (43cm x 43cm), stay secured during the flight, and must not need a three-point harness. Rear-facing car seats are not allowed on the plane. If the seat cannot be safely secured, it may need to go in the aircraft hold, and your baby will need to sit on your lap when the seatbelt sign is on. Like pushchairs, child car seats are usually carried in the hold free of charge if they cannot be used in the cabin. We recommend checking with your airline at the time of booking to confirm their specific rules.
The amount of luggage space varies depending on the vehicle selected. During the booking process whether online or by phone the luggage capacity for each vehicle is clearly indicated. If you have extra luggage, you can choose a larger vehicle, such as an MPV, to ensure sufficient space for your belongings.
We charge no extra fees for early or delayed flights. Our operators and drivers continuously monitor your flight and are fully aware of your landing time, ensuring your transfer is perfectly timed and stress-free.

Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. All bookings must be paid in advance using any debit or credit card.
A 50% surcharge applies on 25th, 26th, and 31st December, and 1st January. In case of extreme weather or natural events like floods, landslides, or snow, any extra charges will be explained to you when you make your booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us via email at rideonminicabs@gmail.com Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, a fee of £10 or 10% of the booking amount (whichever is greater) will apply.
